Operations & Maintenance

While solar energy is designed to be maintenance-free, nothing is perfect and sometimes your PV system may require diagnostics or repair. Alt E Wind & Solar will make sure that your system is performing optimally, help to avoid expensive repairs, and make sure that you get the most out of your investment. We take advantage of online monitoring software that gives our team the ability to record power production in real time, allowing us to spot potential issues as soon as they occur. If a problem does arise, our team of experienced solar installers will diagnose and troubleshoot the issue. Removal & Reset

Most photovoltaic (PV) modules are warrantied for 25-30 years, which means that occasionally a rooftop will need to be replaced during the lifetime of the system. We offer an additional removal and reset service that includes removing the existing solar system, and then resetting the solar modules once the reroofing is complete. Like all of our services, this is a complete turnkey solution which Alt E Wind & Solar will handle from start to finish. Our skilled team of installers can do a removal and reset for any system, whether we performed the initial installation or not.
